What happens after you ask
You send a request
You choose an area, tell us your plans and give permission to contact you.
We review it
We confirm the area and timeline, and that you are not under contract with another agent.
We introduce one partner agent
One licensed agent who works your township contacts you by phone, text or email.
You decide
You can meet the agent, ask questions, or say no thanks. Any agreement is between you and the agent.
How we choose partner agents
- Active Pennsylvania real estate license in good standing.
- Recent sales in the township or ZIP code you ask about.
- A commitment to respond quickly to every introduction.
- A signed referral agreement between the agent's brokerage and Keller Williams of Central PA.
- A promise that you owe nothing for the introduction itself.
The referral fee, plainly
If you hire a partner agent and the sale or purchase closes, that agent's brokerage may pay a referral fee to Keller Williams of Central PA, which pays a portion to the operator of this site, Chad Gelbaugh. The fee comes out of the partner agent's commission. It does not increase the commission you agree to or any other cost of your transaction.

What we share
We share your request details with the partner agent assigned to your area and with the service providers that help us send messages and run this site. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Common questions
Do I have to use the partner agent?
No. The introduction is optional. You can choose any agent you like.
Can I use my own agent?
Yes. If you already work with an agent, keep working with that agent.
What if I am already under contract with an agent?
Tell us on the form. We will not make an introduction, because that could interfere with your existing agreement.
Do you represent me?
No. Your partner agent represents you if you hire that agent. Horseshoe Estate Insider provides market information and makes the introduction.
